| eBay Sampson Mordan's "chick emerging from an egg" silver pin cushion was made in several sizes and this is the larger version.Made during the Edwardian period and hallmarked in Chester, this good quality pin cushion is nicely modelled and adjacent to the hallmarks is the registration design number Rd475678. This antique pin cushion remains in fine crisp condition and retains it original fabric pad (albeit a touch worn).The etchings of the chick are crisp and intact. Very little tarnish on the silver.
